Revenue Growth Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix)
• Drive bottom line results and strategic financial targets by delivering insights regarding Price to Consumer, Trade Investment, and Promotional Activity
• Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across channels to deliver incremental EFO to budget
• Manage promotions for three channels, including ROI analysis, adjustment of promotional calendars, and planning for the upcoming Fiscal Year
• Gather and analyze information from multiple data sources to generate insights for optimized RGM practices

Requirements

• Experience in delivering analyses and recommendations
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Analytical profile with clear, action-oriented communication skills
• Ability to work both as a team player and on tasks requiring high levels of concentration

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience in FMCG or multinational companies
• A growth mindset with a desire to experience different cultures
