Revenue Growth Management Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support RGM capability development by gathering market maturity inputs, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Coordinate interactions between transformation teams, markets, and program owners to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to the development of digital RGM tools focused on pricing, promotion, and trade terms optimization.
• Track and report on tool adoption, adherence, and financial KPIs for markets worldwide.
• Conduct complex data analysis to support the development of strong business cases.
• Prepare analytical groundwork and dashboards to help markets visualize trade investment opportunities.
• Drive the RGM community by organizing meetings, rituals, and sharing best practices across project teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, including the ability to summarize meeting minutes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in Business Analytics, Project Management, or Data Management within FMCG or Retail is preferred.
