Revenue Growth & Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the SVP, translating strategic objectives into actionable priorities and execution plans.
• Drive high-impact initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, growth programs, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Support M&A activity by identifying revenue synergies and ensuring effective integration.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, Product, and Analytics teams to provide insights into revenue performance and pipeline health.
• Establish and improve the operating cadence, including QBRs, leadership forums, and planning cycles.
• Enable collaboration between sales teams and central/local Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement teams.
• Empower Sales leaders through structured tools, frameworks, and performance insights to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Support organizational design, talent planning, and transformation initiatives to reinforce a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue-generating teams.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial transformation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear executive insights.
• High levels of judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
