Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative upselling to existing customers regarding revenue management strategies and commercial goals
- Perform data-driven product demonstrations to articulate ROI and pricing strategy improvements
- Educate hoteliers on best practices using your domain expertise to remove spreadsheet reliance
- Manage the end-to-end upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets for the DR+ product
- Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline records within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to refine Go-to-Market strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record in operational hotel revenue management
- Fluency in German
- Ambition to transition from operations into a SaaS commercial environment
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and professional communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and standard business tools
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven team

- Previous success in inside sales, account management, or B2B commercial environments
