Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative upselling to existing customers regarding revenue management strategies and commercial goals
• Perform data-driven product demonstrations to articulate ROI and pricing strategy improvements
• Educate hoteliers on best practices using your domain expertise to remove spreadsheet reliance
• Manage the end-to-end upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets for the DR+ product
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline records within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to refine Go-to-Market strategies

Requirements

• Proven track record in operational hotel revenue management
• Fluency in German
• Ambition to transition from operations into a SaaS commercial environment
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and professional communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and standard business tools
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven team

• Previous success in inside sales, account management, or B2B commercial environments
