Revenue Growth Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative upselling to existing SiteMinder customers regarding revenue management strategies
• Perform data-driven product demonstrations to articulate ROI and pricing strategy improvements
• Educate hoteliers on best practices using your domain expertise
• Manage the end-to-end upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline health within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Proven track record in operational hotel revenue management
• Deep understanding of hotel pricing, channel distribution, and forecasting
• Ambition to transition into a B2B SaaS commercial/sales role
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or commercially-focused B2B environments
