Revenue FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and delivery of monthly revenue close deliverables for international entities, including accrual calculations and variance analysis
• Execute revenue calculations and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy prior to managerial review
• Support the quarterly sales commission process for approximately 110 employees across multiple regions
• Maintain and update key revenue and commission mapping files to ensure data consistency
• Perform monthly reconciliation of revenue-related balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to improve data quality and support the transition toward automated systems
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects to facilitate business decision-making

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or FP&A within a fast-paced environment
• Highly skilled in Excel and financial analysis, including complex formulas, lookups, and PivotTables
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong quantitative thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Experience with Power Query
