About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and own structured onboarding programs for new sales hires to reduce time-to-productivity
  • Build role-based learning journeys embedding product knowledge and sales methodology
  • Operationalize sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN into practical tools
  • Design programs to improve deal quality, stage progression, and win rates
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify execution gaps and messaging inconsistencies
  • Support new product launches with field readiness programs
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create talk tracks, discovery guides, and objection handling tools
  • Develop training across multiple modalities including e-learning and instructor-led sessions
  • Track and measure program impact through win rates, deal velocity, and CRM data

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or L&D
  • Proven experience building onboarding and ramp programs with measurable results
  • Deep familiarity with B2B sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, SPICED)
  • Strong instructional design and content development skills
  • Analytical skills with experience using pipeline data and CRM metrics
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and LMS platforms
  • Proficiency with enablement tools like Highspot, Workramp, or Articulate
