Revenue Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and conduct enablement workshops, programs, and seminars on a global scale for revenue-generating teams
• Act as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and provide guidance related to policies, procedures, and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the KnowBe4 platform, product offerings, and sales landscape
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas of inefficiency within existing training processes
• Collaborate with Training teams to develop and implement innovative approaches for enhancing training effectiveness

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent working experience
• At least 2 years of experience in managing or training people
• Demonstrated work experience in developing new employees
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers
• Fluent in Japanese
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Strong coaching and training abilities
• Understanding of company structure and functions
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Ability to write enablement programs
