About the role
Responsibilities
- Support US Commercial teams through training delivery, enablement activation, and content production
- Deliver high-impact workshops and coaching sessions to drive behavioral change for new and existing teams
- Build and refine enablement initiatives to support performance improvements
- Create training materials for e-learning and live in-person sessions, including video, slides, and documentation
- Maintain content libraries and promote best practices for CMS and LMS platforms
- Manage internal communication campaigns via email, Slack, and other tools
- Analyze data from training and enablement initiatives to identify outcomes and performance gaps
- Support flagship commercial events such as Kick Off and President’s Club
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Training within FinTech, Financial Services, or SaaS
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Experience with Sales Engagement Tools such as Clari, Groove, Salesloft, or Outreach
- Ability to present to and influence Director and C-level stakeholders
- Data-driven and tech-savvy mindset with an "AI native" approach
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating video, digital marketing, or social media content
- Foundational knowledge of global payments (Acquiring, Issuing, Schemes, etc.)
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Content Management Systems (CMS)
