The platform empowers Global 2000 leaders and dominant AI winners by reimagining the revenue stack from the application layer to the system of context.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM onboarding by designing scalable ramp programs for Sales, SEs, and BDRs
  • Drive product enablement to keep the GTM organization current with weekly product releases
  • Build core skills programs including meeting execution, demo certification, and value selling
  • Establish a weekly enablement cadence for skills development, deal reviews, and competitive deep-dives
  • Partner with the VP of RevOps and Enablement to prioritize high-impact enablement strategies
  • Support competitive intelligence and the design of repeatable sales plays
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to the creation and delivery of enablement content

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Sales/GTM Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing
  • Proven experience designing enablement programs that improve ramp time or win rates
  • Ability to build programs for diverse GTM roles (Sales, SE, BDR)
  • Proficiency with GTM stacks such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Seismic, or Highspot
  • Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
  • Experience in early-stage, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with frontline sellers and senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or scaling a distributed, international sales organization
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools
