Revenue Economics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and review proformas for organic and existing deals across the national portfolio
• Develop and expand underwriting models by integrating internal and external data insights
• Quantify and communicate the tangible impact of Metropolis technology for clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to establish best practices for underwriting and asset management
• Stress test asset performance against potential macro and micro economic scenarios
• Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency
• Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects supporting revenue generation
• Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations

Requirements

• Experience working across complex sales cycles and workflows
• Progressive accounting and finance background with P&L interpretation experience
• Strong financial modeling skills and data synthesis capabilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and automation tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
