Revenue Distribution Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the Distribution team in executing commercial and revenue management strategies
• Conduct auditing and identify issues for external resources
• Perform call and email quality monitoring to ensure service standards
• Provide functional support for RPA processes
• Coordinate and maintain distribution across channels including OTA, GDS, and Brand.com
• Monitor rate parity, inventory allocation, and channel configuration
• Provide hotel level support via the centralized ticketing system
• Monitor connectivity performance dashboards and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in hospitality or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Additional European language is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
