Revenue Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive profitability analysis by agents, country, and payer to identify key drivers and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the sales operations team to develop and implement pricing guidelines and policies.
• Monitor agency performance and investigate variances related to pricing.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to analyze market trends and support pricing strategy development.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting tools for transaction volumes, revenue, and profitability.
• Create and automate dashboards, metric reports, and visualizations using SQL and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage agent segmentation and performance review processes to drive actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical data analysis working with large data sets.
• Proven experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, R, or Javascript.
