About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage processes related to Denticon conversions, including pre-conversion training and post-conversion support
- Oversee support ticket issues related to platform adoption
- Assist in developing RCM solutions for automated eligibility, fee schedule management, and ERA auto-posting
- Assist with selection, assessment, and rollout of integrated vendors
- Maintain and improve RCM KPIs for converted locations
- Ensure compliance through collaboration with Executive and Operational leadership
- Manage vendor relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years in dental RCM, preferably in a multi-location environment
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proficiency in Denticon, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or finance preferred
- Strong multi-tasking and deadline management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management
