About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administrative and financial operation of the region, ensuring correct execution of key processes and project management (internal orders).
- Manage the operational planning for the Continuing Education Directorate to ensure alignment with Vice Presidency goals.
- Monitor the achievement of regional financial objectives, including revenue, margins, and accounts receivable.
- Verify correct quotations and compliance with margin guidelines.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Project Management, and Experience teams to improve transversal processes.
- Support leadership with analytical data to facilitate strategic decision-making regarding revenue and overdue portfolios.
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration, preferably within educational or service-oriented companies.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with information systems.
- Strong skills in effective communication, collaborative teamwork, and process improvement.
