About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform revenue reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitor open items, identify root causes, and manage their clarification and compensation.
- Address and follow up on SAP or operational incidents that impact revenue reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Accounting, Billing, Tax, IT, and SAP teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Prepare control and follow-up reports for management.
- Propose process improvements for control and reconciliation to optimize operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting.
- Experience in revenue reconciliation.
- Knowledge of SAP incident management and operational troubleshooting.
- Ability to support audit processes and generate financial reports.
