Revenue Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration, evaluation, and validation of sales contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing schedules.
• Ensure all billing and revenue activities comply with US GAAP, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee end-to-end period closing activities, including billing runs and revenue recognition.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of accruals and provisions to maintain financial integrity.
• Collaborate with Client Service, FP&A, and Consolidation teams to streamline revenue-related activities.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying and recommending process improvements within billing and revenue operations.
• Utilize SAP for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system migrations, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting, specifically focused on billing and revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA.
