Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist the Revenue Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance reviews
• Participate in the development and execution of pricing and yield strategies
• Analyze market trends, booking patterns, competitor performance, and demand drivers
• Maintain and update forecasting models for rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams
• Ensure data accuracy across RMS, PMS, GDS, and channel management platforms
• Manage daily rate loading, restrictions, and inventory controls across all distribution channels
• Conduct rate parity checks to ensure consistency across OTAs and brand channels
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to ensure alignment with revenue strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with revenue management systems (RMS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, data analysis, or hospitality operations
• Experience working with Opera or a related Property Management System (PMS)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
