Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
• Support monthly close activities, including journal entries for unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, and prepaid expenses
• Calculate customer revenue and monthly revenue accruals across multiple locations
• Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing with supporting documentation
• Review and abstract customer contracts to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Process invoices and upload manual AR invoicing into the financial system
• Assist with new customer setup and provide audit support as needed
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and IT to improve processes and drive efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Strong time management, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
