About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for addressing basic returns-related customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Manage and track customer interactions and SLA responses using software such as eClaims, IRL, eDIR, and Outlook.
- Communicate RMA and pick-up status to customers and internal partners in a clear and timely manner.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level customer engagement managers or relevant internal teams.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure all customer engagement practices comply with relevant regulations, including data privacy laws.
Requirements
- Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Digital fluency and strong communication skills.
- Results orientation and learning agility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer service, customer experience management, or account management.
