Returns Associate

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns
• Coordinate with warehouse for restocking and handling credits to Ford and GM dealerships
• Track damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments
• Process reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors
• Manage Ford and GM claims processing
• Set up RMAs
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
