Return to Work Administrator

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage worker injury notifications through the Elumina system
• Support WorkCover remittance reconciliation and reimbursement processing
• Monitor and follow up on medical certificates and documentation to meet payroll deadlines
• Maintain accurate claim records, manage inboxes, and perform system updates
• Provide administrative support to the Return to Work team and the broader Governance, Safety & Quality function
• Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers, and finance teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using various IT platforms and software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge regarding WorkCover processes
• Exposure to payroll administration or return-to-work environments
