About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the returns team handling damaged and expired products
  • Train staff on handling, documentation, and process compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline return operations

  • Coordinate with inbound, logistics, and stock control teams to ensure smooth product return flow
  • Support communication and issue resolution between departments

  • Negotiate return terms with suppliers and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
