About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full RMA lifecycle from request intake through resolution, including creating RMAs and tracking repair status.
- Serve as the primary email point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party repair vendors to route products and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation in systems and Excel trackers, including case details and shipping coordination.
- Support administrative activities such as work order creation, data entry, and reporting.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written communication skills for email-based support.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Ability to work onsite in Eagan, MN.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP.
- Background in a manufacturing, service, or operations environment.
