Retrofit Change Board Analyst

Responsibilities

• Integrate product and process change requirements into change incorporation plans for manufacturing and retrofit environments
• Review and analyze metrics to ensure product definition changes comply with regulatory requirements
• Analyze technical statements of work to ensure accurate descriptions of changes
• Monitor compliance with change incorporation plans and develop recovery plans as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage retrofit change incorporation for customer fleets

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with change management or baseline management
• 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects involving cross-functional teams
• 1+ years of experience communicating and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
• 1+ years of experience multi-tasking in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience
• 1+ years of experience utilizing tools such as IBEX, ACMS, Redars, or ETAC
• Experience in engineering design, manufacturing engineering, or retrofit engineering processes
• Familiarity with PDM, Enovia, SAP, or Bobcat
• Ability to create executive summaries and presentations for management
