Retreat Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and introduce the hale for self-guided experiences
• Coordinate with in-room dining on amenity delivery
• Greet guests and conduct hale orientations
• Maintain spa and wellness spaces, including treatment areas and exercise pavilions
• Replenish pantry needs, robes, and linens
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of scheduled classes
• Report spa or wellness issues to the Manager on Duty

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• High School Certification or equivalent
• Ability to walk 10,000+ steps a day and navigate hills/stairs
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and insurability
• Proficiency with iPad, computers, and hand radios
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing luxury role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
