Retoucher Products & Recipes

Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch a high volume of product and recipe images to correct imperfections and improve visual quality
• Manage international post-production for images used in the Dutch, German, and French Picnic apps
• Collaborate closely with internal photographers, editors, and external agencies to meet deadlines
• Contribute to the integration of AI tools for visual content optimization and scalability
• Ensure all images are correctly configured within internal systems
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to enhance product presentation

Requirements

• Degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 0-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or a strong desire to become a pro)
• An inspiring portfolio showcasing Photoshop examples
• Experience with, or an eagerness to learn, AI tools for creative enhancement
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to notice small but important visual nuances
• Ability to deliver high volumes of work without compromising quality
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Based in the Netherlands to work from our Amsterdam studio and office
