Retirement Consulting Actuarial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to design, fund, price, and manage retirement programs
• Perform actuarial modeling, including annual valuations, projections, and assumption reviews
• Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
• Perform retirement needs and resource assessments
• Identify ways to enhance processes and improve efficiency within client teams
• Prepare and participate in client presentations and communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Progress or interest towards actuarial credentials (ACIA, FCIA and/or ASA, FSA)
• Strong technical and/or client service skills, ideally from an actuarial internship
