Retention Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all retention, lifecycle, and loyalty initiatives across a portfolio of multi-site e-commerce beauty brands to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Develop and execute sophisticated email and SMS strategies, utilizing segmentation to increase post-purchase engagement.
• Drive the design and execution of modern customer loyalty and rewards programs focused on scalability.
• Analyze customer performance and retention metrics to identify key touchpoints and reduce churn.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs for retention campaigns, utilizing A/B testing and multi-channel messaging.
• Manage, mentor, and grow an onsite team of retention marketers in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge MarTech and CRM tools to drive personalized engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated retention, lifecycle, or email marketing experience, ideally in DTC e-commerce or beauty/CPG.
• Advanced expertise in Klaviyo or a similar enterprise-grade CRM/lifecycle platform.
• Proven experience in team management, including hiring and developing direct reports.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and modern e-commerce architectures.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to perform advanced cohort analyses in Excel.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at our Dania Beach, Florida headquarters.
