Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and build relationships with a portfolio of inactive clients to encourage resumed trading
- Execute reactivation campaigns to persuade clients to redeposit and trade
- Manage the full lifecycle of client reactivation in line with department policies
- Meticulously record all client interactions and status updates within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Sales department to ensure seamless handovers
- Provide accurate data for weekly and monthly reports regarding reactivation rates and revenue
Requirements
- 4 years of extensive experience in Forex, Insurance, Real Estate, Banking, or Stock and Commodities Brokerage sales
- Strong financial market knowledge in FX, Stocks, and Commodities
- Proficiency in Technical and Fundamental Analysis
- Proven track record in a sales, retention, or customer success role
- Experience meeting and exceeding targets in a KPI-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
