Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests related to billing issues and account changes
- Identify root causes of cancellation requests and retain customers with personalized solutions
- Resolve customer issues and promote self-service options to avoid unnecessary repeat calls
- Provide personalized solutions that include home services such as DIRECTV
- Achieve client and internal KPIs
Requirements
