About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase retention and repeat business
  • Reconnect dormant clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
  • Prepare and manage quotations, project calculations, invoices, contracts, and other commercial documents
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document delivery
  • Maintain client records and documentation in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular reports on client retention and BD support performance
  • Support continuous improvements to client service and sales operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Business Development Support
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling quotations, contracts, invoicing, and commercial documentation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused
