About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase retention and repeat business
- Reconnect dormant clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
- Prepare and manage quotations, project calculations, invoices, contracts, and other commercial documents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document delivery
- Maintain client records and documentation in the CRM system
- Prepare regular reports on client retention and BD support performance
- Support continuous improvements to client service and sales operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Business Development Support
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling quotations, contracts, invoicing, and commercial documentation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused
