Retention Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of customer retention initiatives, including campaigns, landing pages, templates, and client toolkits
• Optimize customer journeys and content across all retention touchpoints using data-driven insights
• Implement pre-emptive engagement programs based on propensity modeling to reduce attrition
• Execute multi-channel "save a customer" programs and win-back strategies for key customer tiers
• Support decumulation efforts by building engagement at key lifecycle points to encourage retirement with Fidelity
• Conduct regular competitor research and benchmarking to maintain a competitive market advantage
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Experience in customer-centric marketing campaign execution, including segmentation, targeting, and UX design
• Proficiency in performance insight, analytics, and developing detailed reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing
• Proven ability in project and campaign management within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
• Experience in Financial Services or understanding of UK FCA compliance is an advantage
