Retention Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical research participant journey to promote engagement and protocol adherence
• Monitor retention indicators, identify dropout risks, and track Off IP patients
• Develop and implement loyalty strategies to improve participant retention
• Act as a liaison between patients and operational teams to ensure clear communication
• Coordinate follow-up actions and support participants to meet protocol schedules
• Monitor Off IP (Investigational Product) status and identify opportunities for treatment return
• Prepare periodic reports on retention, adherence, and Off IP metrics
• Maintain and update relationship platforms such as Syngoo
• Train and guide collaborators on retention processes and service excellence

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Psychology, Nursing, Hospital Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Basic to intermediate English
• Experience with CRM or patient management platforms is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical profile oriented toward indicators
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strict confidentiality
