Retention and Growth Executive (Telemarketing)

Responsibilities

• Perform sales of Sorteos Tec products through telemarketing
• Prospect new clients and open new market opportunities
• Meet established sales goals with potential buyers
• Conduct outbound calls for client acquisition
• Provide continuous follow-up to the client portfolio, including sales and collections

Requirements

• High school studies (Preparatoria)
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telephone sales
• Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential clients
• Proficiency in technology and digital tools
• Experience or knowledge in social media management
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude
