Retention and Growth Executive (Telemarketing)

Responsibilities

• Perform sales of Sorteos Tec products
• Prospect new clients and open new market segments
• Meet established sales goals with potential buyers
• Conduct outbound calls for client acquisition
• Provide continuous follow-up to the client portfolio, including sales and collections

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telephone sales
• Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential clients
• Proficiency in technology and social media management
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service attitude
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to meeting targets
