Retention Agent

Responsibilities

• Advise customers within your portfolio regarding current market trends and investment strategies
• Assist new customers in setting up their investment portfolios
• Engage with clients to drive retention and growth

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or cold leads
• Fluent in Swedish
• Perfect command of the English language
• Confident work attitude with a results-oriented mentality
• Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading and Forex
