Retention Agent

Responsibilities

• Advise customers within your portfolio regarding current market trends and investment strategies
• Assist new customers in setting up their investment portfolios
• Engage with clients to maintain and grow existing accounts

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
• Fluency in Swedish
• Perfect command of the English language
• Confident work attitude and a results-driven mentality
• Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading and Forex
