About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle difficult calls to retain clients and maintain their membership
  • Resolve client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Cross-sell existing policies while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent
  • Essential FAIS accreditation
  • Extensive sales and customer service experience
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and listening skills
  • Solid computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high stress

Preferred Qualifications

  • RE5 Regulatory Exams completed
  • Previous call centre experience in a client-centric or sales environment
  • Experience in the insurance or short-term insurance industry
  • Experience working in a commission-based or performance-linked environment
