About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle difficult calls to retain clients and maintain their membership
- Resolve client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Cross-sell existing policies while maintaining high customer service standards
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent
- Essential FAIS accreditation
- Extensive sales and customer service experience
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and listening skills
- Solid computer literacy and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high stress
Preferred Qualifications
- RE5 Regulatory Exams completed
- Previous call centre experience in a client-centric or sales environment
- Experience in the insurance or short-term insurance industry
- Experience working in a commission-based or performance-linked environment
