Responsibilities
- Manage and own the customer renewal process
- Negotiate and close renewal agreements with existing customers
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to prevent churn
- Track renewal metrics and report on renewal performance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Advise account managers, channel partners, and end-user customers to renew and extend expiring contracts
- Execute the regional account territory plan
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in sales-related roles (renewal sales, inside sales, account management, or retention & success)
- Fluency in English
