Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the customer renewal process
  • Negotiate and close renewal agreements with existing customers
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to prevent churn
  • Track renewal metrics and report on renewal performance
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Advise account managers, channel partners, and end-user customers to renew and extend expiring contracts
  • Execute the regional account territory plan

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of experience in sales-related roles (renewal sales, inside sales, account management, or retention & success)
  • Fluency in English
