Retail Wellness Representative

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of store operations for the retail pilot
• Oversee daily operations and sales performance
• Manage customer acquisition and experience
• Handle marketing, community outreach, and inventory management
• Perform overall store administration

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of retail experience in a relevant industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and visual merchandising
• Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and POS Systems
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
