Retail Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire inventory life cycle, including processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise, and restocking.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure all inventory control procedures are executed accurately and within required timelines.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the management team.
• Communicate expectations, assignments, and projects to supervised employees.
• Provide training and performance feedback to associates.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and a clean driving record.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
