Retail Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Oversee the entire inventory life cycle, including processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise, and restocking
• Ensure all inventory control procedures are executed accurately
• Support the team store by ensuring orders are pulled within required timelines
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the management team
• Provide training and assistance to new employees as required
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety standards

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
