Retail Twin Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 stores and deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement Responsible Gambling and compliance strategies
• Train team members on business products and standards
• Plan and work towards defined goals and manage controllable costs
• Maintain high shop standards and complete staff rotas
• Support the wider area team with investigations and formal meetings

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience improving team performance
• Experience delivering great customer service
• Previous people management experience preferred
• Ability to engage with diverse customers
• Experience dealing with challenging situations
