Retail Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations
• Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets to earn uncapped commission
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, and insurance
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers for both domestic and international travel
• Manage multiple communication channels including in-store, phone, and email in a fast-paced environment
• Use booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, and manage bookings accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and upselling products
• Strong communication skills with confidence selling in person and over the phone
• High attention to detail and strong computer skills for navigating complex systems
• International travel experience
• Matric qualification
• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays
