Retail Transport Driver and Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cannabis products to customers in accordance with company policies and state regulations
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes for timely service
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries
• Maintain delivery vehicles through cleanliness and routine inspections
• Conduct interior and exterior facility patrols to identify security risks
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms or incidents and escalate to appropriate authorities
• Maintain accurate documentation including security reports and delivery logs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 25 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with technology, POS systems, and routing apps
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform extended driving periods

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience
• Experience in highly regulated retail environments
• Background in logistics, risk assessment, or emergency response
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations
