Retail Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Transform the Maison's cultural and product strategy into commercial performance through field coaching and the deployment of the Selling Ceremony.
• Conduct in-store coaching, shadowing, and individual debriefing sessions to embody Alaïa's codes and values.
• Create daily animation routines for Store Managers to boost sales engagement and drive morning briefs.
• Train retail teams on the Alaïa client experience and implement the new CX Map in collaboration with Richemont.
• Administer the Digital Learning platform (LMS), including managing technical settings, creating quizzes, and monitoring completion rates.
• Analyze training impact on key performance indicators such as UPT, ATV, and conversion rates.
• Review mystery shopping reports to develop and implement corrective training plans.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business or Luxury Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of expertise in Training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Retail.
• Proven experience working with KPIs and translating concepts into actionable sales results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital literacy for LMS administration.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Coach or specialization in sales psychology (e.g., PNL, Process Communication).
