Retail Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful training programs, both in-person and digital, covering sales techniques, customer experience excellence, product knowledge, and storytelling.
• Adapt pedagogical content to various expertise levels, from new hires to experienced managers.
• Conduct regular field coaching and individual/collective support to develop team competencies.
• Observe boutique practices, provide constructive feedback, and support managers in their coaching roles.
• Collaborate with HQ teams (HR, Retail Excellence, Marketing) to ensure training content consistency.
• Structure and deploy onboarding journeys for new employees.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training and its business impact.
• Produce regular reports and recommendations to continuously optimize training programs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or retail training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a benevolent approach to team relations.
• A genuine passion for knowledge transfer and strong presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly (approximately twice a month).
• Dynamic, flexible, and active listening skills.
