About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell integrated communication solutions and bundled products to small-to-medium business customers.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
- Develop local business partnerships and cultivate relationships within the community to expand sales territory.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure high retention rates and a superior customer experience.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position business services.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports and participate in out-of-office customer meetings.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to perform prospecting and cold calling.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary.
- Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
