Retail to Business Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell integrated communication solutions and bundled products to small-to-medium business customers
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services
• Develop local business partnerships and cultivate relationships within the community
• Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to better position services in the marketplace
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant sales or professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and follow-up
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary
